Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The staff was exceptional and made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a wide variety of Chinese and international foods. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with easy access to transportation. We also appreciated the complimentary champagne they provided for the countdown.

The hard mattress, which made for some uncomfortable sleeping. some of the amenities were a bit more basic than we expected.

Great location just a block from the river and near tourist attractions. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Staff is efficient and professional, even solving a problem I caused.

Front desk staff struggles with English and couldn't help me exchange money. Furnishings are a bit sparse and hot water supply was inconsistent.
